Elasyn – Extreme Sealing Solutions

We present ELASYN™, the family of highly performing Perfluoroelastomers, ideal for the most extreme applications.
By combining the chemical resistance typical of PTFE with the elasticity and tightness of the elastomer, our FFKM is able to guarantee high sealing performance at high temperatures.

The maximum chemical inertia according to the ASTM D2000 system is represented by the elastomeric materials of the ELASYN™ FFKM, FFPM type. 

These materials are based on polymers which are all basically copolymers of TFE and PVME with the presence of CSM to allow their vulcanization.

ELASYN contains a group of compounds studied, characterized and tested to satisfy the combination of different parameters:

  • contact media;
  • fields of application and related certifications;

The compounds of the ELASYN ™ family can reach continuous temperatures of about 320-340 ° C. 

In the field of elastomers it is absolutely the result that distances the other compounds.

Tests carried out on ELASYN ™ materials reveal a high resistance to oils and chemical agents in general, maintaining the Compression Set, therefore elastic memory, exceptionally efficient.
